Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark

This is a great pick-me-up recipe, whether it’s enjoyed as a snack or a dessert. The protein-rich yogurt and polyphenolrich fruits help your body make feel-good neurotransmitters to uplift you, and the magnesium-rich chocolate helps you feel calm. Simply spread yogurt out on a baking sheet and go nuts with the toppings you love.
