Summer Fresh Loaded Hummus Platter

Ingredients

  • 454g Original Hummus or Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • Feta Cheese crumbled
  • Kalamata olives
  • Green Olives
  • Roasted red peppers diced
  • Roasted Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

To serve, empty a 454g Summer Fresh Original Hummus or Roasted Garlic Hummus into a large plate and top with all your favourite toppings like roasted chickpeas, roasted red pepper, olives, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne and serve with baked pita chips and veggies. Serve and Enjoy!
