Recipe: Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus Pasta
- 3/4 cup 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
- 8 ounces Dry Linguine
- 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic diced
- 1 cup Pasta Water
- Salt and Pepper to tasted
1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2) Add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
3) Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
4) Place the empty pot back on the stove over medium heat.
5) Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil and garlic to the pan.
7) Add Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus and pasta to the pan and stir.
8) Pour in pasta water slowly, until sauce reaches desired consistency.
9) Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
10) Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy!
