• To make vanilla ice cream, whisk 2 cups (500 ml) 35% whipping cream and 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla with an electric mixer until semi-stiff peaks form. Fold in 1 can (10 oz/300 ml) sweetened condensed milk. Transfer to an airtight container. Freeze for 8 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
