Taste Canada is proud to partner with the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 to support their exhibit, Eat. Make. Share: A Taste of Immigration. Through this collaboration, we highlight the deep connection between food, culture, and storytelling—bringing to life the recipes and traditions that define Canada’s diverse culinary landscape.

Canada’s food is as diverse as its people. The way we eat is shaped by over 400 years of immigration and relationship building between First Peoples, settlers, and newcomers.
