Instructions
Gather ingredients
Sweat mushrooms, garlic and thyme.
Add warm milk, water and simmer to infuse flavor. 4.puree and strain
Add lecithin and salt
Keep warm and use an immersion blender to foam.
Notes
Tip: keep hot for a better foam product.
