Roasted King Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients

king oyster mushroom 30 ml

Tbsp
thyme, chopped

ml
(4 Tbsp) canola oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Slice each mushroom in half lengthwise. Score cut side in a diamond pattern.
Toss with canola, thyme, salt and pepper, roast in 400 F (200 C) oven for 10-15 min.
