This is another program that will deliver towards our core mission, as we continue to enhance public appreciation and enjoyment of culinary literary arts as well as provide a platform for the authors to promote their books, in fun, engaging and celebratory events. The annual festival promises to be a landmark moment in connecting readers and diverse audiences with the rich tapestry of Canadian culinary literature.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1998, Taste Canada has honoured hundreds of Canadian-authored culinary books in both official languages, spanning a variety of categories. Throughout the year, Taste Canada highlights Canadian authored cookbooks, connecting authors and their stories, diverse recipes, and culinary knowledge with cookbook lovers across the country and around the world.
